E-Cig Gallery Wholesale and Distribution offers a variety of shipping options so your order arrives when you need it. Shipping charges depend on the destination and the value of your order (if selecting insured shipping options at check out). Please refer to the correct clickable option to determine shipping costs. The posted delivery times are estimates but will help you identify the shipping option that is right for you.

Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

 

Returns

You may return defective items within 30 days of date received as indicated on your tracking information. Our policy covers any defective items that are dead on arrival.

Please make sure that all products are tested and in proper working order before the customer leaves your shop. Items damaged by misuse or improper care from consumers or items ordered from the “Discount Items” list are not covered by our policy. Any items returned without prior approval, properly filled out RMA form, and/or without original packaging will also not be covered by our policy. Returns must include all items that come with your product. In regards to these cases, all items will be returned to you without replacements.

Due to Strict return polices from our vendors in China we do require a video of each defective item you wish to return. This is to ensure that we are able to process your return in a timely manner. If we do not receive a video of the defective item we will be unable to receive the product.Please note that return shipping will not be provided therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
