Due to recent events, we are unable to ship orders at this time. We are offering free local pick up at our location in Irvine, California. We are also offering free local drop of on orders over $500.00 within 30 miles. If you would like to have your order dropped off, and your order total is under $500.00, a fixed price drop off option will be available upon check out. Please note that all drop off options must be within 30 miles of our location.
If you are located further than 30 miles from our location but would like to have your order dropped off, please contact us at 949-502-4599. We will do our best accommodate in any way that we can.
You may return defective items within 30 days of date received. Our policy covers any defective items that are dead on arrival.
Please make sure that all products are tested and in proper working order before the customer leaves your shop. Items damaged by misuse or improper care from consumers are not covered by our policy. Any items returned without prior approval, properly filled out RMA form, and/or without original packaging will also not be covered by our policy. Returns must include all items that come with your product. In regards to these cases, all items will be returned to you without replacements.

Due to Strict return polices from our vendors in China we do require a video of each defective item you wish to return. This is to ensure that we are able to process your return in a timely manner. If we do not receive a video of the defective item we will be unable to receive the product. Please note that return shipping will not be provided therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
